All 24 doctors who consult at Linden Arc are licensed by the Romanian College of Physicians. Many also work in Cluj's university clinics or teach at the Iuliu Hațieganu University of Medicine and Pharmacy (UMF).

Patients ask what it costs and how long it takes. We want them to know before they ask.
I believe a good clinic shows in how it is organised, not only in its doctors. That is why every price is published, the specialists' timetable is on our website, and reception tells you on the first call whether your visit is covered by CAS or paid.
Every month we measure how long patients wait for an appointment and how long they spend in the waiting room, and we discuss the numbers with the whole team.
